Frequently Asked Questions

  • We cover Orlando and up to 200 miles around, including cities like Tampa, Daytona Beach, Ocala, Gainesville, Lakeland, Sarasota, and more. If you’re close to the border of our coverage, contact us we often accommodate those requests as well.

  • We work both ways: the client can buy materials directly, or we can purchase everything at Home Depot or Lowe’s, provide the receipt, and the client reimburses us. This ensures quality and the exact quantity needed for the project.

  • Smaller projects like baseboard installation, drywall repair, or frame doors are typically completed within 1–2 days. Medium and large projects, such as full staircases or decks, may take 3–7 days, depending on size and chosen finish.

  • For security and transparency, we ask for 50% upfront at the start of the job and the remaining 50% after completion. We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, credit/debit cards, and checks. This way, the client only finalizes payment once the work is delivered.

  • Yes. We provide a warranty against installation or finishing issues. If something is not as agreed, we will return and fix it at no extra cost. If the problem is caused by misuse or an accident, we can return under a new agreement.

  • No worries. Preparing the space is part of our job. We handle moving what’s necessary and protect the area with tarps and plastic to prevent dust and dirt from spreading throughout the house. This way, you can have peace of mind while we complete the work.
