TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rufino & Corsi Carpentry is a licensed and insured finish carpentry company serving Central Florida. By requesting or contracting our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, projects, communications, and agreements between Rufino & Corsi Carpentry (“the Company”) and the Customer.

General Information

The Company provides professional finish carpentry and remodeling services, including staircases, doors, trim, wall panels, and more. All work is performed with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free of charge unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the information provided by the customer (photos, videos, or on-site evaluations). Final costs may vary if extra work or materials are needed due to unforeseen conditions. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to schedule and secure your project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Credit/Debit Card, or Check. Materials purchased by the Company will be reimbursed by the Customer with receipts or included in the total invoice. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Materials & Supplies

Unless stated otherwise, prices refer to labor only. The Company guarantees that all materials we purchase meet high standards of quality and durability. If the Customer provides materials, the Company is not responsible for defects, delays, or incompatibility caused by them.

Scheduling & Timeline

We always aim to begin and complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Any delay caused by weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen conditions will be communicated promptly. Schedule changes will only be made with the Customer’s approval.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for a partial refund depending on materials purchased or preparation done. If the Company cancels for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Warranty & Guarantee

All workmanship by Rufino & Corsi Carpentry is covered by a 90-day warranty from the completion date. This warranty covers only installation and craftsmanship issues, not misuse, external damage, or other unrelated causes. If a problem arises within this period, the Company will return to fix it at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure safe access to the property and a clean, hazard-free workspace. Pets, furniture, or personal belongings must be removed from work areas before the project starts. The Customer must inform the Company of any relevant structural, plumbing, or electrical issues before work begins.

Photos & Media

The Company may take before-and-after photos for portfolio and marketing purposes. No personal information or identifiable property details will ever be shared. The Customer can request in writing that photos not be used publicly.

Liability

The Company is fully insured and takes all precautions to protect your property. Rufino & Corsi Carpentry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or indirect losses caused by factors beyond our control. Customers should notify us immediately if any issue arises during or after the project.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a deposit payment, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These policies exist to ensure transparency, professionalism, and fairness for both parties.
